The problem of hemorrhoid is mostly aggravated or intensified because of obesity. This is commonly observed because of poor or inadequate intake of low fiber diets and low or scant fluid intake especially of water.

Reason for its spread is inadequate intake of diet which are devoid of fiber, fruits, vegetable and whole grain. The second contributing factor is the excessive consumption of processed food.
Due to constipation which causes straining and also exerts pressure on the rectal arteries and veins. This is evident in form of swelling of veins and anal muscle becomes weak.
Diarrhea may lead to piles if it of frequent nature or long-lasting. It may be painful, the reason is pressure is exerted on the muscle of the anus.
Sitting for long hour likely to increase pressure on the anal veins within the body and this lead to inflammation and later on towards staining.
